Key Responsibilities: Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Production, to develop and implement successful projects and processes. Provide creative direction, mentorship, and expertise to team members, exploring new techniques and strategies as needed. Screen and ensure the integrity of all projects concerning suitability, creativity, quality, and adherence to project requirements and brand principles. Establish and manage project timelines, resources, and expectations. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to colleagues on design and creative direction. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design projects meet business objectives and brand goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions. Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is required. At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. Skills and Competencies: Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficient Macintosh skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
