Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cynet Systems is a confidential company seeking a DotNet Full Stack Developer. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, focusing on secure and scalable services and user interfaces, particularly within the healthcare provider domain.
Responsibilities
• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
• Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces
• Own EDI (X12) integrations and error handling processes
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII standards
• Drive quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices
• Coordinate onshore and offshore execution with clear documentation and delivery alignment
• Document technical designs, workflows, and operational runbooks
• Participate in technical governance, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of full-stack development using .NET and React
• Strong experience with SQL Server database design and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
• Strong EDI (X12/HIPAA) experience
• Deep understanding of the healthcare provider domain
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Full-stack application development using .NET, React, SQL, and APIs
• Designing and implementing secure, scalable backend services and front-end solutions
• EDI (X12) integrations including parsing, validation, mapping, acknowledgments, and reconciliation
• Working with healthcare provider data and workflows
• Cloud, containerization, and DevOps practices
• Coordinating work across distributed teams
• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
• Architect and implement secure and scalable services and user interfaces

• Understanding of healthcare data governance and compliance frameworks
