[Remote] Direct Response Creative Director — Supplements — Fully Remote — USA

Morgan Mace is a pioneering, high-growth Supplements brand seeking an exceptional Creative Director to spearhead creative strategy and operations. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, drive performance-oriented campaigns, and leverage data insights to fuel innovative ad creatives.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end creative process — from concept development to launch and optimization
• Lead and mentor high-output creative teams, including copywriters, designers, and video producers
• Manage the creation of large-scale direct response assets (VSLs, ads, hooks, landing pages, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics to inform and refine creative strategies
• Deliver precise, constructive feedback on edits for structure, pacing, and visual narrative
• Establish efficient creative processes and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Sheets) for scalability
• Collaborate with media buyers to optimize based on key metrics like CAC, ROAS, Hook Rate, and AWT
Skills
• Directed creative strategies for top-performing direct response brands (e.g., in health, wellness, or DTC sectors like VShred or Agora)
• Oversaw fast-paced creative teams and managed high-volume workflows
• Hands-on experience in post-production (video editing, VSL formatting)
• Excel at deriving actionable creative briefs from data trends
• Prioritize systems, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks over ad-hoc work
• Expert in VSL anatomy: hook → lead → body → CTA
• Excel in agile, data-driven settings with rapid iteration
