Requirements
• Extensive experience conducting business analysis on large or complex IT initiatives. - 10 years
• Proven ability to lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. – 10 years
• Strong experience documenting current-state business processes and workflows - 10 years
• Experience assessing multiple applications or systems that support similar business functions. – 10 years
• Ability to identify commonalities, variations, and opportunities for standardization across programs. – 10 years
• Experience with permitting, licensing, regulatory, or case management systems.
• Experience in government or public sector IT environments
• Candidate must be CURRENT WI resident. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED.
• Hybrid work schedule, 60% remote and 40% in the office.
