[Remote] Senior Workday Benefits Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vale Global Group is supporting an enterprise Workday customer with post-production and AMS support and is seeking a senior Workday Benefits consultant to provide ongoing functional support. This role is focused on stabilisation, optimisation, and BAU support rather than implementation delivery.
Responsibilities
• Provide post-go-live / AMS support for Workday Benefits
• Own issue resolution, enhancements, and configuration changes
• Support BAU operations, testing, and release cycles
• Act as a senior functional SME, working directly with stakeholders
• Ensure platform stability and best-practice configuration
Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Benefits
• Proven background in post-production / AMS environments
• Senior-level functional capability with minimal oversight
• Workday certification preferred
