It is distribution, audience targeting, and reach.
We are seeking an analytics-led Audience Growth & Distribution Strategist for a short, fixed-fee engagement to audit our existing performance and design a clear, data-driven growth framework.
This role is strategy and analysis focused.
It is not a content creation or social media management role.
Scope of Work (Core Deliverables)
Phase 1: Performance Audit
Analyse existing Instagram and LinkedIn content (6+ months)
Identify which posts and series are performing and why
Assess reach, saves, shares, profile visits, and engagement patterns
Diagnose why certain posts (e.g. university-focused content) outperform others
Phase 2: Audience Mapping
Identify key audience clusters (e.g. students, early-career women, researchers, institutions)
Map where these audiences are active and how they discover content
Clarify what content formats drive follows vs saves vs shares
Phase 3: Benchmarking
Compare performance against relevant peer platforms
Identify gaps in distribution, format usage, and sequencing
Distinguish content quality from distribution inefficiencies
Phase 4: Strategy & Framework
Deliver a clear 90-day audience growth and distribution framework
Recommend posting structure and sequencing (Jan–Feb focus)
Define what to double down on, what to stop, and what to test
Provide KPIs and success metrics aligned to audience connection (not vanity followers)
