[Remote] Freelance Jr. Graphic Designer (1099 Independent Contractor)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paradigm is a legal-industry leader in cloud-based software, seeking a Freelance Jr. Graphic Designer to support their Marketing team. The role involves creating digital and print assets for marketing initiatives to enhance Paradigm's legal software solutions. Responsibilities • Designing creative print and digital assets for marketing initiatives across Paradigm’s suite of products, including web banners, video assets, website & social images, sales collateral, print ads, event signage, and presentation decks • Work with Graphic Designer and other Marketing team members to understand goals, specs, and timelines in order to deliver high quality creative assets to support our lead generation goals • Collaborate with Marketing team to generate new creative ideas to elevate our marketing content and collateral Skills • 3+ years of graphic design experience • Very efficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma • Strong communication skills, oral and written • Attention to detail • Excellent organization skills • Ability to take constructive criticism • Strong eye for composition, layout, and color scheme • Strong eye for typography • Proven experience multi-tasking autonomously • Experience with video editing applications such as Premier and AfterEffects is a bonus • Well acquainted with presentation applications like PowerPoint or KeyNote • Experience in the tech industry is a plus Company Overview • PracticePanther was founded by two partners on a mission to create the best law practice management software for lawyers.
