[Remote] Performance Analytics Consultant – Financial Services/Banking & Credit Unions

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TMS LLC is seeking a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant to work with banks and credit unions. The role involves delivering actionable analytics, automated reporting, and performance insights to improve operational efficiency and member experience. Responsibilities • Partner with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions • Support pre-sales by translating client requirements into solution proposals and implementation plans • Assist in scoping and building SOWs for new and custom reporting needs • Collaborate with implementation and product teams to deliver and enhance analytics solutions • Drive client adoption through best practices in data, reporting, and process optimization Skills • 5–7+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or fintech operations or analytics • Strong experience with operational KPIs and performance reporting • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • SQL and workflow automation experience • Exposure to cloud data platforms • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) Company Overview • tms unites technology and marketing and sourcing to drive transformational change for the world’s leading brands.
