As a Performance Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge analytics and data science techniques to optimize our virtual and contact channels, driving Guest satisfaction and commercial success. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) crew. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform business outcomes and drive Guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting** + Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions + Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish + Build shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data + Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners + Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs + Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines * **Measurement and Analytics** + Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports + Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed + Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results + Apply innovative analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights + Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters career growth and development.
