**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Manager Product Management, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
**Strategy & Planning (40%)**
* Develop and execute product strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on customer needs and market trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create alignment between products and ensure a seamless user experience
* Apply domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action, driving business growth and innovation
* Understand financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within the portfolio, prioritizing updates to support the enterprise roadmap
* Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product performance and make recommendations for improvement
**Delivery & Execution (30%)**
* Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities
* Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards
* Understand enterprise goals and KPIs to deliver value against them, resolving issues that may impair teams from delivering a quality product
* Receive and prioritize incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders, balancing against business strategy, product vision, and user needs
* Provide guidance on product design, balancing dependencies and integration with other products across the enterprise
**People (30%)**
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to build a world-class Product Management team
* Conduct annual and mid-year reviews, reviewing individual development plans and providing performance feedback
* Foster collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value, identify, and resolve impediments
* Advocate for the end-user and stakeholder by associating with the product, empathizing with, and understanding user needs
* Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute product strategy
**Requirements**
* 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and modern software development practices
* Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, fluid environment, with experience in agile methodologies and extreme programming principles
* Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
* Mastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
* Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing, and identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
