About the Role

As a full-time Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your exceptional customer service skills and passion for health and wellness will be essential in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for handling daily customer service requests, communicating promptly and effectively, and answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and our innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
  • Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and our innovative technology
  • Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
  • Provide assistance with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, and system navigation
  • De-escalate and triage challenging situations, ensuring a positive outcome for clients

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous, extensive customer service experience and a passion for health and wellness. You should be a proven performer with familiarity in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, and have a strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes.
