About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support and service to our high-value clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance, travel guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to our card members. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences, build loyalty, and strengthen relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge
  • Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized service
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and loyalty
  • Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations
  • Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
  • A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized service
  • The ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored suggestions, and ensure high satisfaction with the service provided
