As a key member of our Incident Response Group, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world digital challenges, acquiring hands-on experience in identifying, mitigating, and recovering from cyber threats. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and comply with departmental standards
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communication among business and Technology Groups
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You should also have a basic understanding of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm, ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and business analysis, process modeling, and optimization. You should also have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. Additionally, experience with Agile philosophies, coursework, or experience related to Cybersecurity, and previous investigator internship experience within the past year will be highly valued.
