Job Overview

In this role, you will work as a Customer Service Associate, managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers who have placed orders through the arenaflex exchange. Your primary focus will be on providing elite service to both our sellers and customers, responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions via phone and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from sellers and customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
  • Proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, utilizing critical thinking and industry knowledge
  • Play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals
  • Manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

Role Progression and Expectations

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your role expectations will progress over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's what you can expect:

First 30 Days

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry
  • Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
  • Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems

60 Days In

  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance

90 Days In

  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
