This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Alabama (USA) Business Analyst Location: Camden, NJ Duration: Long-term Rate: DOE US Citizens, GC, EAD ( H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Day-to-day hands-on analysis for our Meeting Rooms (planned and currently upgraded) • Facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering • Test meeting room equipment • Document and manage issues list • Document new and revised policies • Partner with internal teams • Strong analysis skills • Ability to identify trends • Ability to apply learnings to rooms at other locations • Assist with analysis of changes and associated outcomes • Assist with end-user training and communications Accountabilities include: Tracks & prioritizes backlog Data & systems analysis across multiple environments Documenting policies and procedures COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE: • Working across multiple stakeholder groups in the collaboration space • Prioritize issues found in design and testing and document requirements • Managing multiple priorities MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 5+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a data management role • Business Analysis background with tech exposure, preferably in Microsoft Teams • Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end-user needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable with hands-on use of meeting room equipment and Microsoft Teams • * Please ignore the email in case you are not interested OR overqualified .
