As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a competitive starting pay rate of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat - Open and submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review - Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved, coordinated call required) - Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions - Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred - Previous experience in I.T.
