Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring effective phone etiquette and providing exceptional customer service

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and understanding, de-escalating conflicts and turning negative experiences into positive ones
  • Process transactions, including cash handling, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Document customer interactions in our system for future reference, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You should be proficient in typing and have experience with data entry and documentation. Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred, as well as familiarity with outbound calling techniques and experience in a call center environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service or client services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with knowledge of call center software and technology
