  • Report to an assigned Supervisor and work a set schedule and structured day

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting rate of $15.00 per hour
  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
  • Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following system requirements:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training and Development

At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. Our paid training period includes:

  • A comprehensive six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
  • Technical setup and orientation on your first day
