About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Call Center Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a remote associate, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, connecting with customers and delivering exceptional support and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service, resolving issues on the first call and exceeding customer expectations

  • Assess customer needs, suggest products and services, adjust billing, and arrange product solutions
  • Own the customer experience, thinking and acting in ways that put our customers first

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • Must live in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, OKC, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, Hampton Roads, VA, or a surrounding community within those states
  • High-speed internet connection available in your home

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
  • 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
  • Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
  • Previous telecommunications experience
