Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They are seeking dedicated full-time Customer Support Specialists to assist participants with provider-related questions and transactions, contributing to a supportive work environment and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Help participants over the phone with provider-related questions and transactions
- Deliver exceptional support through phone and email while building valuable knowledge in employee benefits
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and comfort using technology
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- You bring professionalism and respect to every interaction
