A company is looking for a Dental Network Recruiter Support Specialist who will enhance the recruitment team's performance through data-driven insights and effective lead management.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and scrub lead data for accuracy before routing to recruiters
• Extract and synthesize data from multiple sources to support recruitment strategies
• Track the life cycle of contracts and ensure completion of provider applications
Required Qualifications
• Minimum associate's degree; bachelor's preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in the insurance industry or analytics-driven roles
• Strong data and analytical background
• Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
