Real Estate Transactions Attorney
Job Description:
• Serve as a key legal advisor on all real estate matters
• Take the lead on negotiations and documentation
• Act as lead counsel for acquisitions, dispositions, and various property matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review industrial and office leases and amendments
• Provide timely legal advice and counsel to management on real estate-related legal and business matters
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure legal strategies align with real estate objectives
Requirements:
• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of significant experience working within a law firm or corporate environment
• Proven expertise in real estate transactions and lease negotiations
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating contracts solely related to complex real estate transactions and commercial leases
