Marketing Consultant - Hubspot experience

We’re looking for a Marketing Consultant to help us execute, manage, and improve our marketing efforts as we continue to grow. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on working in HubSpot to run campaigns, track leads, and understand what’s working (and what’s not). This is a great fit for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, works well independently, and values clear communication and practical results over flashy tactics. What You’ll Be Doing • Owning the setup, execution, and ongoing management of marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, workflows, lead tracking, and reporting. • Keeping our Hubspot data organized and accurate so marketing and sales are always working from the same information. • Reviewing campaign performance and funnel metrics, and sharing clear insights and recommendations. • Supporting SEO efforts by helping optimize website content, keywords, and on-page performance. • Writing and editing marketing copy for emails, website updates, and other digital materials. • Managing website updates and content using Squarespace. • Conducting light market and competitive research to support positioning and campaign planning. • Collaborating with sales and operations to ensure messaging is consistent and leads are handed off smoothly. What We’re Looking For • Prior experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a similar consulting role. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is essential — this role will spend a large portion of time in the platform. • Comfort working with performance metrics and using data to guide decisions. • Solid writing skills and attention to detail. • Experience with SEO basics and website tools like Squarespace.
