Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Business Strategy to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management and business strategies that align with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives
• Analyze complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes that drive growth and improve efficiency
• Identify and evaluate new data sources, including internal and external data, to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology, operations, and finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that arenaflex's risk management and business strategies are aligned with industry standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business strategy development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and risk management
• Experience with MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix
