**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers
* Understanding the customers' businesses and needs, and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
* Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and grow revenue
* Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall customer satisfaction
* Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
* Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants and stakeholders
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive business outcomes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
* Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
