Our mission is to foster a vibrant community where writers can express their creativity and dive deep into their passion for storytelling and analysis. The Daily Fandom seeks enthusiastic Writing Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in film writing, digital publishing, and online media. As an intern, you will work closely with our editorial team to create thought-provoking content, including reviews, essays, and opinion pieces, tailored to our engaged audience of film enthusiasts. Responsibilities: • Write and edit engaging content, including film reviews, fandom content, culture content, and more, alongside industry news and analytical essays. • Collaborate with the editorial team to pitch ideas and plan article topics. • Conduct thorough to ensure content accuracy and relevancy. • Participate in virtual meetings for feedback and team discussions. • Manage deadlines to maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Requirements: • Current student or recent graduate in Journalism, English, or a related field. • Strong passion for fandom, popular culture, storytelling, and cultural critique. • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and implement constructive feedback. • Basic familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress (preferred but not required).
