Your work will not only guide operational decision-making but also aid in shaping the company's strategic direction in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. • Advise on operational privacy matters and applicable regulations. • Draft, review, and negotiate data protection and vendor contracts. • Strengthen governance frameworks in collaboration with GRC teams. • Support responsible AI governance and conduct vendor diligence. • Collaborate cross-functionally on data privacy and AI adoption. • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting data and AI. • Provide guidance on privacy issues related to tracking technologies. • Assist with other legal matters as necessary. Qualifications • J.D. degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 4–8 years of legal experience focusing on privacy and emerging technologies. • Understanding of U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. • Excellent communication skills with a business-focused approach.
