[Remote] Microsoft CRM Dynamics Platform Analyst - Operations & Service

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced Platform Analyst to support an enterprise CRM transition within operations and service functions. The role focuses on testing activities and expands to include requirements documentation and user story development. Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate requirements into clear user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria • Assess the impact of requirements across applications, business processes, and integrated systems • Support user acceptance testing by responding to stakeholder questions, triaging issues, and assisting with resolution • Review functional and technical documentation to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined • Develop, execute, and document detailed test cases to validate system functionality and quality • Identify defects, recommend design improvements, and support issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle • Maintain traceability between requirements, features, and testing outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives Skills • Extensive experience in analyst roles supporting enterprise operations or service platforms • Proven ability to work independently within CRM or case management environments • Strong background in system testing, quality assurance, and defect management • Experience working in agile delivery environments • Demonstrated experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases • Familiarity with test automation concepts and scripting • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Relevant platform or industry certifications • Experience with analytics, automation, or low-code application platforms Company Overview • The Planet Group is a global advisory and staffing firm operating at the intersection of talent and transformation.
