Account Executive – AE
Job Description:
• Identify and target high-potential enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how ContextQA’s solutions align with their business needs.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demos to key decision-makers, including C-level executives, engineering leaders, and QA managers.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients by maintaining consistent communication and providing valuable insights.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
• Develop a deep understanding of ContextQA’s product offerings, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position ContextQA as a leader in the test automation space.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to execute targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of ContextQA’s solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership to refine continuously and improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of test automation, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage effectively and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into business solutions.
• Preferred Skills: Experience selling no-code/low-code platforms or test automation solutions.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, test automation frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies and enterprise sales models.
• Understanding of SaaS sales models, subscription licensing, and enterprise-level deal structures.
