<p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Job Title: Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Location: Remote, equipment provided </strong></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Pay Rate: RN – $29/hour</strong></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Shift: 11:30AM - 8PM EST</strong></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Training: 9am-5:30PM EST, 4-6 weeks</strong></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Overview:</strong></p><p><span style="font-family:courier;">We are seeking Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinators to support the review and validation of client referrals and services. These professionals ensure that clinical documentation aligns with policy requirements and client expectations, delivering high-quality reports and communication.</span></p><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Review processed referrals to confirm accuracy, including surgeon selection, specialty alignment, and insurance details.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Validate that requested services were delivered precisely as specified—no more, no less.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Assess whether services meet policy criteria and are medically necessary.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Compile findings and communicate results to clients via phone and email.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Ensure reports are grammatically sound, clinically accurate, and clearly written.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Manage time effectively, especially when handling cases with quick turnaround requirements.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Quality assurance and clinical analysis</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Proficiency with nursing documentation software</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Understanding of insurance policies and clinical documentation standards</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-family:courier;">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Active Nursing License - RN</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Solid clinical knowledge to support accurate reviews</span></li><li><span style="font-family:courier;">Previous remote work experience is a plus</span></li></ul><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></p><p>The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.</p><p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job<br> classification and length of employment.
