As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
What You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE
- The ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
- A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
- Satisfactory attendance
