New Graduate (May/June 2026) – Power Delivery Engineer
Enercon Services, Inc. is a leading engineering and environmental services firm specializing in power delivery solutions. The role of a New Graduate Power Delivery Engineer involves contributing to the design, analysis, and inspection of critical infrastructure in the energy sector while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects
- Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects
- Be organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback
- Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection
- Adapt to new software systems
- Ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026
- Strong intellectual curiosity to learn more about modern energy systems
- A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
- Must be able to work outside
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
- Completion of pre-interview assessments
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
