[Remote] Lead Generation Specialist / SDR
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Airr Digital is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in B2B SaaS companies. They are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified sales meetings through outbound cold email and cold calling campaigns while managing internal campaigns and CRM.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-volume cold email campaigns (find leads, create campaigns, create more inboxes)
- Managing cold email campaigns (handling all cold email replies within 5 minutes of response)
- Manage CRM (follow-ups, scheduling meetings)
- Warm calling interested leads (after they reply to a cold email)
- Create outbound LinkedIn campaigns
- Managing outbound LinkedIn campaigns (handling all replies, follow-ups etc)
- Manage and respond to all cold email replies within 5 minutes
- Prospect and find leads to create new cold email campaigns
- Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns
- Warm call interested leads who have shown interest
- Qualify prospects according to our criteria
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Follow up with prospects through the entire sales cycle
- Update CRM with detailed notes and prospect information
- Track and report on key metrics (emails sent, replies, calls made, meetings booked)
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy in all systems
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Customer Success team
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions
- Scrape and prospect new leads to add to our cold outbound campaigns
- Respond to cold email replies and manage inbox
- Execute daily calling blocks using the power dialer
- Follow up with interested leads to move them toward booked meetings
- Send meeting confirmation emails
- Follow up on voicemails and missed connections
- Update CRM records in real-time
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Coordinate with the Head of Marketing on campaign priorities
Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach or cold calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Professional home office setup (webcam, microphone, headset)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Available 9am-5pm EST, 7 days a week
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach
- Resilient, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to respond to leads within 5-10 minutes
- Proficiency with CRMs (Close, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
- Familiarity with lead database tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar)
- Calendar management tools experience
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Experience in B2B technology or professional services sales
