Twitter/X Ghostwriter for CEO Profile (Performance-Based Engagement) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced Twitter/X ghostwriter to manage and grow a CEO's personal brand on the platform. The primary goal is to achieve 500,000+ impressions within the first month through strategic thread writing, engagement tactics, and consistent content delivery. I. Responsibilities: 1. Write compelling Twitter threads on behalf of the CEO (topics: leadership, industry insights, business growth, personal experiences) 2. Develop a content calendar aligned with the CEO's voice, tone, and thought leadership positioning 3. Research trending topics and identify content opportunities within the niche 4. Craft hooks that drive engagement and shareability 5. Collaborate with the CEO for inputs, approvals, and authenticity checks 6. Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data II. Required Skills: 1 - Proven track record of ghostwriting for founders, CEOs, or high-profile professionals on Twitter/X 2 - Deep understanding of Twitter algorithm, virality mechanics, and thread structures 3 - Strong storytelling ability with a clear, punchy writing style 4 - Ability to capture and replicate a unique voice 5 - Portfolio showing threads with 100K+ impressions (mandatory) III.
