You will partner with members to set and achieve professional goals, enhancing their leadership skills. This role requires a commitment of at least 12 hours per month for 24 months and offers a flat hourly rate with select bonuses. Ideal candidates should possess emotional intelligence and a growth mindset, fostering a positive coaching environment.
