Revenue Coordinator
Job Description:
• Assist in the insurance process for patients
• Work with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure appropriate billing for dialysis treatments
• Provide customer service to constituents involved in the insurance process
• Maintain detailed electronic records
• Work independently and utilize organizational skills
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone and via email
• Customer service orientation
