Senior Oracle CX Consultant

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Arkansas (USA), Minnesota (USA) Lead the full implementation cycle for Oracle Sales Cloud — from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuration, testing, and go-live. Work with clients to understand their sales processes and tailor Oracle CX to fit their goals. Configure core Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting, and Territory Management. Design smart workflows, dashboards, and reports that help sales teams work more efficiently. Collaborate with technical teams to handle data migration, integrations (with ERP, CPQ, or Service Cloud), and other custom needs. Train users, provide documentation, and offer ongoing support after implementation. Stay up to date with new Oracle CX releases and features, sharing best practices with clients and teammates. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building a strong CX practice. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or something similar. Around 6+ years of experience working with CRM systems, including 3+ years focused on Oracle Sales Cloud. Experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementations. Solid understanding of sales processes and how technology can make them better. Strong hands-on skills in configuring Oracle Sales Cloud — from workflows and layouts to user roles and analytics. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and BI Publisher is a plus. Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people and vice versa.
