Client Success Manager (CSM) – Web & Custom Development Projects
britecode is a web design, development, and marketing agency specializing in custom WordPress and WooCommerce build-outs. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to own the client relationship across active projects and ongoing engagements.
This role is customer-facing and execution-driven. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, translate business goals into clear requirements, and work closely with our internal designers and developers to ensure projects stay on track and clients stay happy.
This is not an internal project manager role. This is a client-first, relationship-oriented role with strong technical awareness.
