Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating tracking systems
- Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure seamless package delivery
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues through research and problem-solving
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm)
- Ability to multi-task on a computer while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tracking systems and data entry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
