Develop and implement data management strategies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of company data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements and design efficient solutions. Monitor and maintain database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes. Conduct data analyses and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management to continuously improve processes and systems. Train and mentor junior data management analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge. Communicate complex data-related concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data models to support data governance and standardization efforts. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security through data backups, disaster recovery plans, and access controls. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data management tools and technologies. Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain accurate and reliable data. Lead data migration and integration projects to ensure seamless transfer and consolidation of data. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data management processes.
