**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and email support
* Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
* Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed support
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Call customers from prior day for quality check
* Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
* Call on customer list to offer promotions
* Follow up on reviews positive and negative
* General inbound customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications (e.g. CRM, email, chat platforms)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products or services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CRM, sales)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
