[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Client Care

They are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support inbound growth, focusing on converting prospective clients into booked consultations through high-volume client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
- Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
- Educate clients on next steps and guide them toward booking consultations
- Handle common objections with confidence and empathy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured follow-up sequences
- Consistently hit activity and conversion targets
- Collaborate closely with senior client care and clinical teams
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or client conversion
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Like structure, targets, and clear expectations
- Want to grow into a senior sales or account executive role
- Care about outcomes but understand healthcare requires professionalism and discretion
