[Remote] Appointment Setter (U.S Based)

They are seeking a U.S.-based Appointment Setter to initiate conversations with prospective clients and schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team, focusing on building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Qualify leads using structured questions to assess fit and readiness
- Clearly communicate MyBuilderCPA's services and value proposition
- Schedule discovery and strategy calls with internal team members
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
- Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence
- Strong listening skills and ability to guide conversations naturally
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and communication tools
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work U.S. business hours
- Experience with professional services, accounting, or B2B sales is a plus
