[Remote] Order Management Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BlueAlly is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support Sellers across various business units and customers as the post-sales point of contact. The role involves performing quality control checks, managing vendor communications, and facilitating client order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control check and verification on all BlueAlly Sales
- Manage all vendor and post-order communications
- Understand the complex ordering processes for various OEMs
- Identify best way to fulfill a client order whether from inventory of internal BlueAlly stock or drop shipping from distributor
- Perform administration duties, including quote/sales verification, purchase order management, handing returns, and coordinate deliveries
- Understanding of best pricing practices and vendor options
- Cloud License management: facilitate internal software deliveries and follow up with any related questions
- Reporting, special projects, and tasks as requested by leadership

- Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks throughout the day based on business needs
- Desire to learn about IT Products & Services
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook and Excel specifically)
- Good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, the ability to work independently or as a team
- Demonstrate Excellent Communication & Customer Relationship Skills
- Experience with Supply Chain is strongly preferred
- Some college and/or business courses preferred
