Business Development Executive
Lendr is a leading FinTech company seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their growing Sales Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth, with a focus on proactive outreach and collaboration with partners.
Responsibilities
- Proactively make 30+ daily contact attempts with clients seeking financial solutions
- Manage inbound inquiries from existing and prospective partners, guiding them through financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners while managing a dedicated book of business
- Collaborate closely with the Underwriting Team to recommend tailored financing solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, warm leads, and client referrals
- Track and analyze sales metrics, consistently striving to exceed performance targets
Skills
- A genuine passion for sales and building meaningful relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing and growing an individual portfolio
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—growth mindset is key
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
