McCain Foods is a global leader in the food industry, and they are seeking motivated candidates for their Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. This three-year rotational program offers hands-on experience in critical supply chain areas while developing leadership skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements that make a real impact on efficiency and performance
• Coach and collaborate with peers to strengthen team effectiveness
• Gain valuable insights into McCain’s operations through plant/warehouse visits and cross-functional exposure
• Develop your leadership and technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities

Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected before the program start date in June 2026
• Strong analytical ability with experience working with complex data
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in fast-paced environments
• Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills required
• Self-motivated, curious, and an independent thinker with a bias for action
• Able to synthesize multiple data points and make confident decisions
• Strong communicator who can explain complex insights and build relationships across teams
• Organized and adaptable, with excellent planning and prioritization skills
• Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus
