Business Development Representative
ClickUp is a company that is architecting the future of work with their innovative AI workspace. They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will run outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and represent the brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
Responsibilities
- Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing ClickUp and running them through qualification and discovery framework
- Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey
- Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base
- Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp products and services
- This is a hybrid position in San Diego, California or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and requires working in the office 2 days per week
Skills
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales
- A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars
- You're a persuasive self-starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their need
