[Remote] Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

Prism Data Consulting is a women-led organization focused on climate change mitigation and helping data professionals find their best fit. They are seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot inquiries, and manage data entry and filing systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customer inquiries
- Enter and verify data into various database applications
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems of applications and supporting documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to service customers
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions
Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
- At least 6 months of related work experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment
- Background in energy efficiency or utility fields
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
