Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in building and expanding the customer pipeline while achieving revenue targets through innovative outreach and networking with potential and existing customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a book of high-potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota
  • Work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and how our AI solutions can meet them
  • Maintain active engagement with key industry players and stakeholders through innovative outreach and networking
  • Strategize and execute sales plans effectively through cold outbound engagement (call, LinkedIn, email), using AI tools and platforms to track progress and results
  • Rapid promotion paths, given our early-stage growth, provide the opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy and fast-track to AE within 3 quarters

Skills

  • Previous 1-2 years of sales experience as a hustler and a top performer
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, and quick-thinking ability in dynamic situations
  • Highly motivated and mission-driven with a passion for challenging goals
  • Excellent communication skills and engaging storytelling
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize and view situations from other perspectives
  • Resilience and courage, with a proven ability to overcome adversity and succeed
  • A bias towards action and productivity, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in banking, consulting, or athlete background is a plus
