[Remote] Graphic Designer (AI-Savvy, Motion-Capable)

They are hiring a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating various visual content, including marketing decks, social media graphics, and motion graphics, while collaborating closely with other creatives and marketers. Responsibilities • Cares deeply about brand elevation and polish • Thinks independently and contributes ideas proactively • Enjoys collaborating closely with other creatives and marketers • Is energized by variety, ownership, and creative problem-solving • Designs sales and marketing decks • Creates social media graphics and templates • Develops motion graphics for short-form video • Designs YouTube thumbnails and channel visuals • Creates event backdrops, signage, and branded materials • Produces digital brand assets with SaaS-level clarity and sophistication Skills • Strong typography and layout (this matters a lot to us) • Clean, modern, SaaS-style design sensibility • Decks, brand systems, or marketing visuals that feel elevated and intentional • Social or digital work designed for real platforms (not just concept art) • Motion graphics or video elements (even simple ones) • Evidence of taste, clarity, and consistency (not just tool proficiency) • Portfolios that show brand thinking, not just isolated graphics, will stand out • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects preferred) • Canva (advanced layouts, templates, brand kits) • Motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) • Strong typography and typesetting skills • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows • Platform awareness: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit • A link to your current portfolio Company Overview • Access Legal is a legal services platform that specializes in delivering exclusive, real-time leads to family, estate/probate, criminal, bankruptcy, and immigration attorneys nationwide.
